Steady Stitch magnetic-sided pre-wound bobbins use a magnetic side disc to control rotation and eliminate backlash — the spinning that causes tension flutter and bird's-nests at high speeds. Size L is the industry-standard pre-wound bobbin for commercial multi-head embroidery machines (Tajima, Barudan, ZSK, SWF, Brother, Melco). White polyester thread is the universal default for the underside of most embroidery work.
