Refund policy

At Garment Printer, we stand behind the equipment and supplies we sell and run every day. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Return window. Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back — returns received without an RMA cannot be processed.

Equipment (printers, presses, embroidery machines, and other hardware):

  • Machines that have been installed, used, or configured are non-returnable. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty and by our field-service team.
  • Unopened, uninstalled equipment may be returned within 30 days subject to a 20% restocking fee; the buyer is responsible for return freight and for insuring the shipment.
  • Special-order, custom-configured, and financed equipment is final sale unless it arrives defective or damaged.

Consumables (inks, pretreatment, DTF film, thread, heat-transfer material, backing):

  • Unopened and unexpired consumables may be returned within 30 days.
  • Opened, used, or perishable consumables (including inks and pretreatment) are non-returnable for quality-control and shelf-life reasons.

Parts & accessories. Returnable within 30 days if unopened and in resalable condition.

Damaged or defective on arrival. Inspect your order on delivery. Report any damage or defect to us within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item arrived defective or damaged.

How to start a return. Email info@garmentprinter.com or call (562) 408-6144 with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll issue an RMA and return instructions.
