DTF Powder - Black/Clear Adhesion Medium Grain

Medium-grain black TPU hot-melt adhesive powder for DTF transfers. Engineered for dark and synthetic garments.

Medium-grain black TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) hot-melt adhesive powder for direct-to-film transfers. Black/clear formulation is engineered for dark garments and synthetic blends — the dark powder disappears into the print, leaving a clean transfer without a visible white halo around edges. Medium-grain particle size (120–250 microns) bonds reliably through standard DTF curing and pressing cycles. Compatible with all standard DTF printers and powder shakers/cures. Melt point ~284°F (140°C); apply at 302–320°F (150–160°C) for 8–10 seconds.
