About this machine.

Flexible single-head embroidery machines built for studios, shops, and start-up embroidery businesses.

SPRINT is ZSK's single-head platform, changeable between tubular, cap, and flat embroidery modes, so one machine covers the range of work a shop actually takes in.

These machines offer all operating modes — flatbed, cap, and free-arm — and feature the smallest free arm available for industrial embroidery, giving you access to previously difficult or impossible-to-reach areas like very small shirt pockets.

The 2026 SPRINT lineup

Seven models, each catering to a specific need and all sharing the same free arm, control platform, and German build. Specifications as published by ZSK.

We set new standards

The series is equipped with the thinnest free arm in the embroidery industry. This enables jobs that were previously impossible — such as shirt pockets or shoes. The machines embroider without a "picker" on the front, so fabrics no longer get caught in the hook and remain undamaged.

  • Network capability

  • Memory for approx. 80 million stitches
  • Built and designed for 24/7 production

Diverse application opportunities

The SPRINT series provides exceptional embroidery quality along with a wide range of frames and attachments to help you turn customer requests into successful outcomes — from name tags and logos through to specialty work like beadwork and cord embroidery.

Flat embroidery

Flat embroidery with border frames meets the highest standards in all areas of application, offering almost endless possibilities for presenting motifs.

Cap

The cap extension enables efficient cap embroidery in small series — ideal for producing the most individual caps.

Shoes

Embroider a sports shoe with a name, favorite team, or player — making it a unique and very personal object.

Stencil frame

Create name badges efficiently, with easy handling and little effort — with different or repeated names.

Shirt pocket frame

Embroider shirt pockets with personal initials, a company logo, or fashionable appliqués — an expression of personality or corporate identity.

Trouser frame

Refine trousers and set fashionable accents with almost unlimited possibilities — giving the garment more expression and individuality.

Magnetic frame

Magnetic frames in various sizes embroider different areas of objects — from clothing to stuffed animals.

Cylinder

The cylinder frame embroiders round, closed items such as jacket sleeves, socks, gloves, and bracelets — for names, logos, or fashion applications.

Sequin device

With unique precision and an outstanding 1,000 stitches per minute, embroider sequins in different sizes and rhinestones to create beautiful designs.

Pearl facility

Expand the boundaries of bead embroidery and further enhance the appeal of your designs.

Cord embroidery device

Vary colors and cord thicknesses to give patterns an exciting look and feel.

Drill

A knife automatically cuts a small hole that the needle and thread can enlarge and stitch around — increasing the value of your designs.

The new Quick Change System

The newly developed Quick Change system enables fast and easy switching between different attachments and frames on your SPRINT. This accelerates workflows, shortens setup times, and optimizes effective working time.

Freedom of choice

The solid construction and highest quality materials, combined with comparatively low weight, mean you can use the SPRINT stationary in the studio or shop — and mobile at trade fairs, markets, or sports and marketing events.

Connectivity

Machines from the SPRINT, SPRINT L, and SPRINT XL series can be used as solo operators or as team players via the T-series modern control unit with extensive connectivity and networking options.

Automation and special configurations

SPRINT 7 Patch Solution

Built for fully automatic production of embroidered patches on hook and loop fasteners. In an automatic two-step process the machine performs the decorative embroidery and attaches the hook and loop, without compromising fastening strength. Supports ribbon widths up to 50 mm and embroidery areas of 100 x 50 mm. Not suitable for retrofitting conventional SPRINT models — it is ordered as its own configuration.

ROLL2BASKET

A retrofittable device for automated embroidery on textile ribbons, handling widths from 10 to 150 mm and material thicknesses from 0.2 to 5 mm. Compressed air moves and clamps the ribbon; finished product collects in a basket in front of the machine. Options include an optical sensor for precise positioning, an automatic winding station, and sequin or cord/loop devices.
