Why this machine.
About this machine.
State-of-the-art free-arm multi-head embroidery machines built for high-volume production and special requirements.
With the new RACER series embroidery machines, ZSK sets the global standard for free-arm embroidery. Developed and manufactured in Germany, this machine concept guarantees the shortest payback times thanks to its maximum embroidery speed. RACER multi-head machines impress with extreme embroidery precision, flexible operating modes, and proven durability.
Whether tubular fabric or cap production, flatbed or border embroidery, all operating modes are available — and switching between applications is quick and effortless. For applications that regularly require more than twelve colors and large embroidery fields (e.g. flag embroidery), the RACER XL adds an enlarged embroidery field and 24 needles.
We set new standards
The series is equipped with the thinnest free arm in the embroidery industry. This enables jobs that were previously impossible — such as shirt pockets or shoes. The machines embroider without a "picker" on the front, so fabrics no longer get caught in the hook and remain undamaged. Rely on quality production with the smallest gaps on the free arm.

RACER XL — large format, 24 needles
The ZSK 24-needle full-size single-head bridge-style machine has the same open back frame design as multi-head machines, making it the most versatile and industrious commercial single-head on the market. The bridge-type build provides a sturdy and virtually vibration-free platform — the preferred model for production environments. With the unique 24-needle and large-field system, ZSK is the only manufacturer worldwide that offers such a machine. It excels at web-based, low-volume, high-output custom production, specialty production, and sampling.
Smallest tubular arm in the industry
The new curved tubular arm allows the narrowest of textiles to be embroidered, including hard-to-reach areas like shirt pockets, fronts of shoes, baby items, and shirt cuffs. The arm has also been extended 20 mm to fit a wider range of materials.
