A new DTF Powder-to-Film system that uniformly coats DTF films with adhesive powder — improving DTF printing performance and operator safety.
Until recently, most shops doing DTF have been hand-coating films using open plastic containers — exposing shop personnel to adhesive dust and requiring constant operator attention to obtain reliable results. The Vastex PTF-100 provides uniform powder coverage without dusting and spillage, reducing waste and freeing staff to optimize production time.
Safely apply DTF and plastisol transfer powder without the mess with this compact system. The PTF-100 consists of a steel case on a stand with a clear polycarbonate door set at an angle. It comes with two identical cartridges, each of which holds approximately 3 lb (1.4 kg) of adhesive powder.

How it works
The operator positions the wet DTF film print-side up on a vibration-isolated rubber-mounted application tray, closes the door, and activates the release handle to rain powder evenly across the film. A timed vibration cycle removes excess powder, which collects in the lower cartridge for reuse. The rear-mounted exhaust creates negative pressure inside the cabinet, collecting adhesive dust and protecting operator safety.
Complete the DTF workflow
The PTF-100 pairs with a Vastex D-100 or D-1000 tabletop conveyor dryer with rear-mounted powered exhaust hood to complete the DTF workflow.
