The Vastex D-100 is an entry-level tabletop infrared conveyor dryer with an 18 in. (45.7 cm) wide belt that cures up to 110 plastisol-printed garments/hr, 50 discharge-printed garments/hr, and DTF adhesives at high rates. Adjustable heater height/angle, heat intensity, and belt speed give the operator full control.
The D-100 has a tilting heater design that works great for curing hats or mugs. Hi/Lo heat adjustment and variable belt speed put production firmly in your hands. A dense coil pattern, heater shields, and a 6.35 watt-per-square-inch infrared heater eliminate hot and cold spots and provide the power you need to get the job done. Available in 120V and 240V models, with optional powered exhaust to remove moisture and fumes — critical for rapid drying of water-based inks and discharge, and for curing DTF adhesives.
