What you're buying.
Industrial-grade build, designed to run continuously through high-volume production days.
Why this machine.
About this machine.
Mimaki's widest pro-model DTF printer — 1.6 m of production-grade direct-to-film throughput.
The Mimaki TxF300-1600 (TxF300-160) is the largest member of Mimaki's pro-model DTF family. A 1.6-meter (63.4″) print width opens up applications that the 0.8 m models can't economically handle — oversized graphics, multi-up gang sheets for custom apparel, interior fabrics, and high-volume team-wear runs. Like its smaller siblings, it pairs Mimaki's PHT50 pigment ink with NCU, NRS, and MCTv2 reliability technology to keep production stable shift after shift.
Productivity at full pro-model scale
Pro-model DTF delivers approximately 3× the productivity of the entry-model. The 1600 takes that throughput and lays it across a 1.6-meter web — turning the TxF300-1600 into a true production printer for shops moving beyond apparel-only DTF into wider fashion textile and interior applications.
A wider print size widens your application set
The 1.6 m print width expands what you can sell. Beyond custom T-shirts and bags, the TxF300-1600 supports oversized prints for sportswear, interior fabrics, fashion textiles, and gang-sheet workflows where multiple designs print together for maximum film utilization.
Eliminates ink ejection defects and white ink clogging
NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) and NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) detect missing nozzles and substitute working ones in real time — production continues without waiting for service. MCTv2 (Mimaki Circulation Technology) periodically circulates white ink to suppress pigment precipitation, the root cause of white-ink clogging in DTF printers.
Eco-friendly cartridge ink with aluminum-pack design
PHT50 ink ships in aluminum-pack cartridges that protect the ink from oxygen exposure, extending shelf life and maintaining consistent print quality across batches.
ECO PASSPORT certified for textile safety
All PHT50 ink colors have earned ECO PASSPORT certification by OEKO-TEX®, the international safety standard for textile products — reducing environmental impact and keeping the inks safe for skin-contact apparel.
Optional cartridge expansion for long shifts
Add the OPT-J0572 option to increase the number of white-ink cartridges from four to eight, enabling longer continuous runs. UISS (Uninterrupted Ink Supply System) handles automatic switchover so the print job doesn't stop when one cartridge runs dry.
