The PRETREATmaker Basic is a beginner-friendly pretreatment machine for direct-to-garment printing. Equipped with adjustable spray nozzles and a fully enclosed cabinet, it delivers consistent pretreatment coverage in a footprint that fits any production floor — ideal for shops getting started with DTG or supplementing a higher-volume line.
Spray output is regulated by the carriage speed, with uni-directional and bi-directional spray modes. The unit ships with three tanks (two 2-liter precoating tanks and one 2-liter cleaner/water tank) and a switch valve to toggle between them. A 2-liter waste tank in the back collects excess precoating liquid, and the large hinged side wall opens fully for easy interior cleaning.
Flexible spray amount and length
The PRETREATmaker Basic gives you precise control over both spray volume and length, with adjustable spray length from 1 inch to 20 inches — letting you dial in coverage for everything from pocket prints to oversized graphics.
Touch-screen control
An advanced touch-screen interface puts spray settings, presets, and barcode integration at your fingertips, making operation straightforward for new and experienced operators alike.
Auto nozzle cleaning
Automated nozzle cleaning runs every 15 seconds with a built-in drip tray, keeping spray output consistent and reducing manual maintenance time.
Three-tank system
Three separate tanks let you load different pretreatment formulas (or pretreatment plus cleaner) and switch between them with a simple valve — no need to drain and refill between jobs.
Enlarged front window
The larger viewing window improves visibility during operation so you can monitor every pass without opening the cabinet.
Full enclosure
The fully enclosed cabinet contains spray mist for a cleaner, healthier work environment.
