The UCJV300 Series is a revolutionary print-and-cut family that offers in-line cutting capabilities and features multi-layer printing for transitional or double-facing images. Graphics are instantly cured, so you can efficiently create applications that meet — and exceed — your customers' needs.
Print and cut in a single pass
Available in 32″, 42″, 54″, and 64″ widths with print speeds up to 277.7 sq ft/hr, the UCJV300 combines wide-format inkjet printing with on-board contour cutting. One machine, one workflow, one operator — finished graphics roll off the back ready to install.
Instantly cured output
UV-LED ink cures the moment it hits the substrate, so prints are ready to laminate, cut, and ship immediately. That means shorter turnarounds, less production floor space tied up drying jobs, and additional cost savings on consumables.
Highest media versatility
The UCJV300 prints on a broad range of substrates with unparalleled scratch resistance, opening doors to applications like vehicle wraps, floor graphics, wallpaper, window film, backlits, and POP displays.
Multi-layer printing for transitional graphics
Layer color and white ink to produce day-night graphics, double-facing window decals, and high-impact backlit signage. The UCJV330 successor expanded this with 2.5D emboss and watermark printing — and the UCJV300 series introduced the workflow that made it possible.
Eco-friendly UV-LED inks
UV-LED light sources have low power consumption and long life. The inks themselves are low-VOC and GREENGUARD Gold certified — friendly to operators and the environment. UCJV300 inks (LUS-170, LUS-175) carry a 3M™ MCS™ Warranty and Avery Dennison™ ICS™ Performance Guarantee.
RasterLink6 Plus with ID-cut included
Mimaki's RasterLink6 Plus RIP software ships with the UCJV300 and includes the ID-cut function for fully automated print-cut workflows: print, scan, cut, no manual registration needed.
