What you're buying.
Industrial-grade build, designed to run continuously through high-volume production days.
Why this machine.
About this machine.
Pro-model DTF productivity at 0.8 m — approximately 3× the throughput of the entry model.
The Mimaki TxF300-75 is the pro-model version of Mimaki's 0.8-meter direct-to-film platform. It uses two staggered print heads to deliver roughly three times the productivity of the entry-level TxF150-75 — without giving up the reliability features that made the original a workhorse. DTF transfers print onto special clear polyester film using digital water-based pigment inks and a powder adhesive coating, then heat-press directly onto the garment after curing.
Increased productivity — approximately 300% of the entry model
Two printheads in a staggered layout dramatically increase output per pass, putting the TxF300-75 in the production tier of the DTF lineup. For shops moving past prototype volumes, it's the model that handles repeat customer orders without becoming the bottleneck.
Two models to match your investment
The TxF300-75 (Pro) and TxF150-75 (Entry) share the same maintenance technology and ink chemistry, so you can choose the productivity tier your business needs today and stay compatible with the same supplies, profiles, and operator workflow.
Eliminates ink ejection defects and white ink clogging
NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) and NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) automatically detect missing nozzles and substitute working ones in real time — production continues without waiting for service. MCTv2 (Mimaki Circulation Technology) periodically circulates white ink to suppress pigment precipitation, preventing the white-ink clogging that plagues less mature DTF platforms.
Eco-friendly cartridge ink with aluminum-pack design
PHT50 ink ships in aluminum-pack cartridges that protect the ink from oxygen exposure, extending shelf life and maintaining consistent print quality across batches.
ECO PASSPORT certified for textile safety
All PHT50 ink colors have earned ECO PASSPORT certification by OEKO-TEX®, the international safety standard for textile products. Safe for skin contact, low environmental impact, and printable on apparel destined for any age group.
Optional cartridge expansion for continuous operation
Add the OPT-J0572 option to increase the number of white-ink cartridges from four to eight, enabling longer continuous output runs and reducing operator interruptions during a production shift. The UISS (Uninterrupted Ink Supply System) handles automatic switchover.
Applications
- T-shirt and apparel printing
