The Mimaki TxF150-75 is a 0.8-meter direct-to-film printer designed around one goal: reliable production. Building on more than 25 years of Mimaki inkjet engineering, it pairs heat-transfer pigment ink (PHT50) with a suite of automatic maintenance technologies that virtually eliminate the two biggest DTF headaches — ink ejection defects and white ink clogging.
For small studios, decorators expanding into DTF, or anyone who needs predictable output without a dedicated technician on standby, the TxF150-75 is the entry into Mimaki's DTF lineup.
Eliminates ink ejection defects and white ink clogging
The TxF150-75 features Mimaki's NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) and NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) — automatic technologies that detect missing nozzles and substitute working ones in real time. If a nozzle clogs, printing continues without waiting for service. The MCTv2 (Mimaki Circulation Technology) function periodically circulates white ink to suppress pigment precipitation, the root cause of white-ink clogging in DTF printers.
Eco-friendly cartridge ink with aluminum-pack design
PHT50 ink ships in aluminum-pack cartridges that protect the ink from oxygen exposure, extending shelf life and maintaining consistent print quality across batches.
ECO PASSPORT certified for textile safety
All PHT50 ink colors have earned ECO PASSPORT certification by OEKO-TEX®, the international safety standard for textile products. That means the inks are safe for skin contact and reduce environmental impact in your shop and your customers' wardrobes.
Stable production for textile decorators
NCU and NRS automatically detect missing nozzles to minimize downtime. MCTv2 keeps white ink moving so it stays primed and ready. Together they give the TxF150-75 the reliability profile decorators need to run DTF as a primary production method, not a side experiment.
