Multi-purpose infrared dryer that cures DTG, plastisol, water-based, discharge, and DTF adhesives at high rates.
The all-new multi-purpose LittleRed X3D infrared dryer cures direct-to-garment (DTG) printed textiles as well as plastisol, water-based, and discharge-printed garments at higher rates than possible with conventional dryer designs. It features a high-powered pre-heating zone that rockets ink temperatures past 300°F (149°C) within the first several inches of conveyor travel — maximizing the distance and dwell time for optimum curing of any ink and allowing increased conveyor belt speeds and dryer output.
Little Red X3D-30
The X3D-30 model is equipped with a 30 in. (76.2 cm) wide conveyor belt and three 24 in. (61 cm) wide infrared heaters (8,300W @ 240V total wattage). It cures 360+ plastisol-printed garments/hr, 100+ water-based or discharge-printed garments/hr, and up to 50+ garments/hr inkjet-printed with digital white ink.
Little Red X3D-54
The 54 in. (137 cm) wide LittleRed X3D model cures 720+ plastisol-printed garments/hr, 240+ water-based or discharge-printed garments/hr, and 100+ garments/hr inkjet-printed with digital white ink or pretreated for DTG printing.
