What you're actually buying.
Industrial-grade build, automated platen, EPS projection, on-machine ink agitation. Run continuously through 60-shirt production days.
Why production shops pick the Pro.
Every DTG printer prints on cotton. Few do it at production speed, with consistent color, and with a soft-hand finish that doesn't feel printed. The GTXpro is what you put in a shop where DTG is the revenue line, not the side hustle.
About this machine.
Elevate your printing. Expand what you print.
The GTXpro hybrid DTG/DTF printer puts more features, more flexibility, and more capabilities into your bag of printing and decorating tricks. It works harder and more efficiently for you, so you can work harder on growing your business and tapping into new markets. Printing both direct-to-garment and direct-to-film allows for high-quality prints on a wide variety of substrates.
The hybrid printer is designed for versatility, built for reliability — Brother's commitment since 2005 to manufacturing garment printers with proprietary firmware, software, and print heads, complemented by specialized Innobella inks and advanced capabilities.
Print with dual purpose
Print direct-to-garment on natural fibers with ease on a variety of applications thanks to a high print head, one-pass printing, and multiple platens. Direct-to-film printing allows for your designs to shine even in harder-to-reach placements or on synthetic materials.
Print with simplicity
Being easy to use and maintain is one of the most important features of the GTXpro. The standard wet capping station minimizes clogged nozzles, and the white ink circulation system keeps the system primed and ready to print.
Print with speed
The quicker you get products to market, the sooner you can start turning a profit. The GTXpro gives you the power to produce prints faster than ever before, giving you a distinct competitive advantage.
Print anywhere
The GTXpro is more than a t-shirt printer. The large gap between the print head and the substrate means you can easily print over seams, across zippers, and on top of pockets.
Print with precision
Never sacrifice print quality for output speed. With a print resolution of 1200 × 1200 dpi combined with cutting-edge Innobella Textile inks, your designs can incorporate the entire color spectrum — and even minute details print with fantastic clarity.
Print larger
The GTXpro has the largest print area of any Brother DTG printer ever. With a maximum print size of 16″ × 21″, your designs can be bigger and bolder than ever. Extra-thick items are no problem thanks to the adjustable platen height system.
Print in one pass
With the white ink channels stacked right behind the CMYK channels, you can print almost anything in a single pass.
Print with confidence
When you print and fully cure an item using the GTXpro and Innobella Textile Inks, you can be sure of its durability and washability. Innobella Textile inks have scored 4.0 or higher on AATCC wash tests.
Eco-friendly Innobella inks
Water-based pigment Innobella inks are ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX certified, CPSIA compliant, and GOTS approved — with reduced plastic packaging.
Versatile platen options
Adult platen (14″ × 16″) included. Youth (10″ × 12″) and Baby (7″ × 8″) platens available as options.
Warranty
Two-year limited warranty plus one-year bumper-to-bumper coverage, with expert technical assistance.
