An all-new, all-in-one pretreatment system, the Digital Line lets you control your labor costs while customizing every shirt you print. A single operator can now manage the entire pretreating process for up to 190 garments per hour, with each being a unique item — one barcode, complete control, no special training or extensive experience required.
The Digital Line integrates three production stages — pretreat spray, conveyor drying, and heat-press cure — into one streamlined workflow, eliminating the manual handoffs that slow down high-volume DTG production.
Synergy Pretreating Unit
Built-in versatility with three different widths of spray nozzles and a 16″ × 20″ pretreat/printable area, sized to match the GTXpro's standard adult platen. Spray heads swap out quickly for easy maintenance and format changes.

Firefly Conveyor Dryer
An ample 27″ × 45″ chamber handles oversized garments and back-to-back loads, with a thermal-camera monitoring system that watches temperature continuously and supports instant adjustments during operation — no waiting on the dryer to settle between runs.
