Four heads on a 60 cm web, for shops where the press is waiting on the printer.
The S8074-3 doubles the head count of the two-head machine and holds the same 60 cm working width. Twenty-six square metres an hour at four pass, and ten heating tubes in the shaker rather than six.
Sold as a printer and shaker pair. The shaker applies and cures the adhesive powder in one pass, so film comes off the line ready to press.
Four heads, same footprint discipline
More heads mean more ink laid per pass, not a wider machine. The working width stays at 60 cm, so film, powder and press stay the same as a two-head line.
Built for continuous running
Ten 500 W heating tubes cure powder at a rate that keeps up with four heads, which is where under-specified shakers become the bottleneck.
Plan the power before delivery
The line needs three separate 220 V outlets: printer at 15 A, film fuser at 15 A and shaker at 25 A. Worth confirming with your electrician before the truck arrives.
