A UV flatbed that prints straight onto the object, up to 280 mm tall.
Where UV DTF prints a transfer you apply, a flatbed prints directly onto the item. The 9060-3 Pro takes a 900 mm bed with a suction platform and clears objects up to 280 mm tall, on metal, leather, wood, plastic, glass and ceramic.
Four Epson i3200-U1 heads at up to 3200 dpi, with white and a varnish or glue channel.
Suction platform holds the work
A vacuum bed keeps flat stock from lifting mid-pass. On thin or warped material that is the difference between a saleable print and a head strike.
280 mm of clearance
Object height, not just sheet thickness. Awards, boxes, bottles and assembled goods go on the bed as they are.
Varnish or glue on the same head set
The final channel runs either varnish for gloss and texture, or glue for applications that need adhesion built into the print.
