The 8076 is the widest and fastest machine Audley builds for direct-to-film. Six Epson i3200-A1 heads across a 70 cm web, paired with the ADL07K10 Pro shaker.
This is a machine for shops where DTF is the core of the business rather than one service among several. Sold as a printer and shaker pair. The shaker applies and cures the adhesive powder in one pass, so film comes off the line ready to press.
A wider web changes what you can gang
Seventy centimetres instead of sixty means more designs per sheet, which is where the real throughput gain lives on short runs. The film cost per garment falls with it.
Six heads, one pass
More heads laying ink per pass means fewer passes for the same density, so speed comes from coverage rather than from moving the carriage faster.
Plan the power before delivery
Three separate 220 V outlets: printer at 15 A, film fuser at 15 A and shaker at 25 A. Total draw is 6500 W across the line.
