A 24 inch UV DTF printer for transfers that stick to things fabric never could.
UV DTF is not garment printing. It prints a laminated transfer that wraps onto glass, metal, wood, plastic and curved hard goods, with no heat press and no pretreatment.
At 600 mm the 8073-3 is the wide machine in Audley's UV DTF range, with three Epson i3200-U1 heads and a varnish channel for texture and gloss.
Varnish is the point
The V channel lays a raised varnish layer, so transfers carry texture you can feel. That is what separates a UV DTF sticker from a printed vinyl one.
No press, no pretreat
Transfers are applied by hand and cure under UV as they print. There is no heat press in the workflow, which makes this viable for products that would never survive one.
