What you'll do
You'll pretreat, print, cure and press on the machines we run every day. Bring a design; leave with it on a garment.
A full day on the floor with both processes running side by side.
You stop guessing which one a job actually calls for. Direct-to-garment and direct-to-film have different economics, different substrates and different failure modes, and the fastest way to learn the difference is to run both on the same shirt.

DTG is the premium print for cotton; DTF reaches everything cotton can't. Knowing how to run them together is the edge single-method shops don't have. Every demo is a piece of that.
DTG = premium hand-feel on cotton. DTF = strategic print for polyester, hard substrates, neck labels. The combo we innovated is the competitive advantage.
The demos we patented and pioneered — shoes (even the tongues) on our AccuLine system, under-the-bill on hats, framed canvas, and skateboards done right.
The Kern DTF lineup, our platen systems, and basic bin-and-oven vs a professional Schultz powder/dryer/pretreat workflow.
Live calibration — grams per LMS by color and weight, sanding grits for decks, and DTF on leather done safely. Leave with the cheat sheets.
How we build a contained, climate-controlled environment so your prints stay consistent batch after batch.
Clear definitions, the tools for each method, printed cheat sheets, pre-printed Kern DTF samples, and a direct line for follow-up.
