Installation
White-glove install on your shop floor. We level the table, calibrate the print heads, dial in the curing temps, and run a hundred test garments before we leave. Same-day for most DTG installs, two-day for ZSK multi-head embroidery setups.
Service & repair
Same-week response. Remote diagnostic first — we can usually solve a print-quality issue over a video call. If it needs hands on the machine, we send a field tech. Most repairs done in a single visit; for parts that need ordering, we have a loaner program.
Training
Onsite operator training is included in every install. Additional sessions at our shop are bookable any time — pretreatment, RIP software, color management, embroidery digitizing, whatever your team needs to level up.
